A Pennsylvania man who was wanted by several jurisdictions in the northern end of the valley, is behind bars following a high-speed chase earlier this month.
Virginia State Police arrested 34-year-old Scott Parsons of Minersville on February 3rd.
Parsons had multiple felony warrants for his arrest from Shenandoah County.
The chase, which topped speeds of 125 miles an hour, began in Winchester and ended in Warren County where he crashed his vehicle and then tried to flee on foot before he was finally apprehended.
He is currently being held without bond with additional charges being placed in Frederick and Warren Counties.
