Happy Birthday America has announced the opening of applications for its Fourth of July Parade.

Officials with the non-profit, all-volunteer organization say that those interested in participating in the Parade at Gypsy Hill Park in Staunton can complete an application on the website and pay online.

Applications can also be completed and returned by mail.
