ELKTON, Va – The man authorities say was involved in last month’s shooting in Elkton was due in court Friday afternoon.

Timothy Thomas Comer is facing three felony counts, including first degree murder, in connection with the June 29th shooting death of Gregory Lee Williams.

After a nearly two-week search, Comer was apprehended late Thursday night.

Page County Sheriff Chad Cubbage explained in a video on the department’s Facebook page that was a very long process,

Comer remains in custody and has another hearing scheduled for next Thursday in Page County General District Court.
