MAURETOWN VA: (WSVA) -The Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office says it needs help finding the person responsible for breaking into a slew of vehicles yesterday afternoon in Maurertown.
In a release, Sheriff Tim Carter said that deputies responded to the Shenandoah County Park for reports of damaged cars. They arrived to find four vehicles broken into, with items missing from inside.
Investigators are homing in on a black, newer-model S-U-V that was seen leaving the park between 4:30 and 4:50 yesterday. They have no other information besides this.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Shenandoah County authorities as soon as possible.
