AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va – It is 18 months in jail for the Gordonsville man who was arrested last fall after a two-county chase with authorities.
Online records indicated that Adam Ryan Martin pleaded guilty to felony alluding and possession of schedule I or II drug during a hearing Thursday morning in Augusta County Circuit Court.
A judge then sentenced him to five years in jail with a year and a half of that suspended.
The 39-year-old Martin was apprehended on September 29th after leading authorities on a pursuit that began near Waynesboro and ended with his vehicle crashing near Charlottesville.
He also faced charges in Albemarle County, but they will not be prosecuted.
