A Luray man is in custody after he was accused of sexual assault.

Page County Sheriff Chad Cubbage reported that a joint investigation between his office and the Luray Police Department began on December 13th and culminated in the arrest of 44-year-old Tony Lee McNear

Cubbage stated that there were multiple victims in this case and the investigation is still on-going.

McNear faces six charges, including four counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery and one count Taking Indecent Liberties.
