HARRISONBURG, Va – Attorneys for Jennifer McDonald filed a motion Tuesday to declare a mistrial in the federal case against the former executive director of the Front Royal-Warren County Economic Development Authority.
However, U-S District Court Judge Elizabeth Dillon denied the motion without prejudice.
