James Madison University will conduct a test of the emergency notification systems this (Wednesday) afternoon at 1:45.

At that time, the on-campus outdoor siren and P-A systems will be tested with a siren and audible broadcast message.

Also, an e-mail will be sent to all students, faculty, staff and affiliates, and a text message/voice message will be sent to the cell phones of all individuals who have enrolled for emergency notification through MyMadison.

In order to enhance the emergency notification process to as many people as possible, J-M-U will be sending desktop notifications as part of the test.
