HARRISONBURG, Va. — Harrisonburg Police is enlisting dog owners and walkers in the city to help stop crime.
Applications are open for folks who would like to take part in the Harrisonburg Dog Walk and Watch program.
In a social media post, H-P-D said that a training session on November 9th will teach dog lovers how walking dogs in their neighborhoods can also bring down crime rates.
