HARRISONBURG, Va – (WSVA) The Harrisonburg Electoral Board officially certified the write-in candidates for the Soil and Water Director positions following a thorough review of the November 7th election results.

Voter Registrar Mark Finks stated in a release that after meticulous consideration, the Board found that Jeff Heie (High) and Tyler Adams have emerged as the winners.

The top three individuals receiving the most votes were Heie with 498, Adams with 432 and Russell Presnell with 420.

Finks added that the Harrisonburg Electoral Board commended all citizens who exercised their right to vote.
