WP: Natalye Graham (3-4)

Highlights
• The Eagles took a 1-0 lead in the first inning when a leadoff walk came around to score on an RBI double.
• The Royals offense was having a hard time getting anything going and didn’t get their first baserunner until a Rayn Robinson walk in the third. But in the fourth, they got some rhythm. Samantha Hensley and Grace Fravel each singled before Hensley was thrown out at third on a fielder’s choice. But with two outs and runners on first and second, Umberger laced a double to left center, plating two runs and giving EMU a 2-1 lead.
• Graham did the rest for the Royals, allowing just one base runner to get past first base across the final four innings.
