HARRISONBURG, Va – Lawyers representing several former area Domino’s Pizza drivers have voluntary dismissed the lawsuit they filed recently against the pizza chain.
Gregg Greenburg, an attorney for the plaintiff, filed the notice of dismissal in U-S District Court in Harrisonburg Tuesday, stating that Gregory Shifflette and other plaintiffs in the case voluntarily dismissed the claims against Commonwealth Pizza, Inc. and Rebecca Lynn Miller in this action.
The suit was filed earlier this month with the plaintiffs seeking to recover unpaid minimum wages and overtime hours.
The lawsuit was then dismissed shortly after the filing.
