(BASYE) A preliminary hearing for the man authorities say was responsible for an October abduction in Shenandoah County has been continued for a fifth time.
Mitchell Markley Junior faces five felony charges. According to online records, a preliminary hearing Friday afternoon in General District Court was delayed again, this time until April 21st.
Among the charges, the 38-year-old Markley faces include abduction by force and grand larceny.
The charges are in connection with an incident on October 21st when he allegedly abducted 41-year-old April Cline in the 28-hundred block of Fairway Drive in the Basye area.
Markley was finally captured two days later in Rockingham County. He remains in custody.
