STAUNTON, Va – The Augusta County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a larceny.

Sheriff Donald Smith reported that on February 20th, a deputy was dispatched to McDonald’s on U-S Route 11 in Staunton at for a report of a Larceny.

A week before, during the early morning hours, two unknown men s used tools to attack the drive-through window donation box.

The men stole the donation box, which contained an unknown amount of change.
