In a game that saw four lead changes, Georgia State outlasted James Madison, 8-5, on Sunday morning in Sun Belt Conference baseball at Veterans Memorial Park.

The pitching duet of Kirsten Fleet and Payton List took care of business again, as the two shut down the Panthers offense while the Dukes’ bats powered past Georgia State by a score of 6-2 in game one and 8-1 in the series finale on Saturday at the Bob E. Heck Softball Complex.

Scoring seven runs across the final two innings, Georgia State pushed past James Madison late, 11-5, in Sun Belt Conference baseball on Saturday afternoon at Veterans Memorial Park.
