Justin Lee Hevener, 26, was arrested Sunday afternoon after officers were called to the intersection of East Main St. and Dupont Blvd. for a report of a man experiencing a medical emergency.

According to online records, Debra Lynn Elliot, 66, pleaded guilty to a pair of felony charges during a hearing Monday morning in Rockingham County Circuit Court. 

King will retire in January.

According to online records, both sides agreed to continue the preliminary hearing for Christina Sue Ritchie until Nov. 7 in Harrisonburg/Rockingham County General District Court.

Rebecca McCullough is charged with six counts of stealing a credit card, six additional counts of entering a vehicle to commit a crime, and one count of embezzlement over a thousand dollars.

Curtis Wayne Shuey, 58, of Verona died as a result of the accident. 

Traffic restrictions are scheduled from Monday through Thursday nights, Oct. 21-24, and into the early morning hours of Friday, Oct. 25.
