Rules for the WSVA “At Work Perk” Contest

-One winner will be chosen in a random drawing each Friday. The winners name will be announced on-air on WSVA Radio during “Early Mornings” between 6-9 a.m. Winners will be contacted by phone and or email. WSVA will deliver a Mr. J’s Bagel Tray and cream cheese on the following Monday morning.

-You may win this contest only once. WSVA reserves the right to disqualify any entry/caller at its sole discretion. No purchase is necessary to win. Prize is not transferrable nor redeemable for cash. WSVA’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no liability if the winner cannot, or chooses, not to collect the prize.

-Employees of WSVA, Harrisonburg Media Group, Tidewater Communications LLC,
and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a 100-mile radius of the WSVA main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

-This WSVA contest is open to all eligible Central Virginia residents 18 or older who have not won anything from WSVA or any other Harrisonburg Media Group station in the past 30 days, or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past six months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. All winners are responsible for any applicable State, Local, Federal Taxes.
