HPD arrests man who allegedly fired at South Main Street robbery suspect

Travis Fogle, 27, of Moorefield, West Virginia, has been charged with maliciously shooting into an occupied motor vehicle driven by the suspect as he fled last week’s incident at 7-Eleven on South Main Street in Harrisonburg.
