Jacob Duvall-Early of McGaheysville was supposed to appear in Harrisonburg-Rockingham Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court this morning for a Status Hearing regarding 13 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. However, according to online records, that hearing was continued until August 8th.

Harrisonburg man to serve two months in jail for hotel fire

According to online records, John Wesley Whitaker Junior pleaded guilty to a pair of amended misdemeanor charges during a hearing Wednesday afternoon in General District Court. A judge then sentenced him to 24 months in prison with 22 of those months suspended.
