Debra L. Elliott, 66, of Elkton, was arrested on five charges including involuntary manslaughter, DUI and drug possession.
Brunk was arrested in June 2022 after shooting and killing his brother, Ronnie, following a dispute.
The suspect was identified as 42-year-old Timothy Lee Howdyshell and he faces two charges, including felony unlawful shooting within a building.
